Do this by bringing up mugen and hitting the "PRT SCR" (on the row with the F1 keys) button. Then past it in paint using "control + V" then go to here : http://www.imageshack.us/ Upload your pic then copy the URL. To display the image use the code [img] Link here [/img] for the pic to be displayed.
I suggest you use www.mediafire.com to upload your chars for us to download and use.
