I've tried destroying the first wraith and gone up and ITS NOT THERE!!
I've tried not destroying it and IT'S STILL NOT THERE!!!1
I've tried destroying both wraiths and...you guessed it,NOT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
my friend told me that I have to finish normal,is that true?!?!

right
start the level from the beggining on normal or higher.
after the cutscene with the prophet and killing the flood go to the room where u killed truth and jump thru the ring in this order
1 3 4 6 7 5 4 6 5 4 5 3 4 5 4 5 3 4
do NOT touch the rings
if done correctly all rings light up and theres a skull on the ramp
