My mugen characters dont work

when i tried playing then an error pops up and my mugen doesnt work can any1 help

It might be you got a bad screen pack/life bars? Or something could be set-up wrong? An if it's not those then it could be a character that is coded wrong or that isn't complete that keeps it from running. I know all of the problems i just mentioned are facts and are pretty much all that could be wrong with it as far as i know.
